Development Board Introduction
This product is a high-performance RISC-V development board based on the ESP32-P4, featuring a dual-core and a single-core. It supports a rich set of human-machine interface (HMI) interfaces, including MIPI-CSI (integrated image signal processor) and MIPI-DSI. It also supports common peripherals such as SPI, I2S, I2C, LED PWM, MCPWM, RMT, ADC, UART, and TWAI. It also supports USB OTG 2.0 HS, Ethernet, and SDIO Host 3.0 for high-speed connectivity. The ESP32-P4 chip integrates a digital signature peripheral and a dedicated key management unit to ensure data and operational security. The ESP32-P4-WIFI6-DEV-KIT is designed for high-performance and high-security applications, fully meeting the demands of embedded applications for HMI support, edge computing capabilities, and I/O connectivity.
Main features:
- High-performance MCUs with RISC-V 32-bit dual-core and single-core processors
- 128KB HP ROM、16KB LP ROM、768KB HP L2MEM、32KB LP SRAM、8KB TCM
- Powerful image and voice processing capabilities, including image and voice processing interfaces such as JPEG codec, pixel processing accelerator (PPA), image signal processor (ISP), and H264 video encoder
- 32MB PSRAM is stacked in the chip package, and 16MB Nor Flash is integrated in the module
- Common peripheral interfaces such as MIPI-CSI, MIPI-DSI, USB 2.0 OTG, Ethernet, SDIO 3.0, SD card slot, microphone, speaker terminals, and RTC battery terminals are brought out on the board
- 2 × 20 pin headers are provided on the board, leading to 28 remaining programmable GPIOs
- Security mechanisms: secure boot, Flash encryption, hardware encryption accelerator, and hardware random number generator. Hardware access protection is also supported to implement access rights management (APM) and privilege separation.

Using a PoE module
PoE Ethernet power supply
Connecting a PoE device with just one Ethernet cable allows the ESP32-P4-WIFI6-DEV-KIT to connect to the internet and be powered.
This product does not include a PoE expansion module, which must be purchased separately. For detailed configuration, please refer to the configuration list.
Support AI voice interaction
Supports mainstream AI platforms and can be connected to online large model platforms such as Doubao, DeepSeek and other AI models
