Board Introduction

This product is a multimedia development board based on ESP32-P4 and integrates ESP32-C6, supporting Wi-Fi 6 and BLE 5 wireless connections. It offers a rich array of human-machine interaction interfaces, including MIPI-CSI (Integrated Image Signal Processor ISP), MIPI-DSI, SPI, I2S, I2C, LED PWM, MCPWM, RMT, ADC, UART and TWAI, etc. In addition, it supports USB OTG 2.0 HS and is equipped with a 40-pin GPIO expansion interface on board, which is compatible with some Raspberry PI Pico HAT expansion boards to achieve broader application adaptation. The ESP32-P4 adopts a 400MHz dual-core RISC-V processor, supports up to 32MB PSRAM, and is equipped with peripherals such as USB 2.0, MIPI-CSI/DSI and H.264 encoding, meeting the multimedia development requirements of low cost, high performance and low power consumption. In addition, the ESP32-P4 integrates a digital signature peripheral and a dedicated key management unit to ensure the security of data and operations. ESP32-P4-WIFI6 is specifically designed for high-performance and high-security applications, meeting the requirements of embedded systems in human-computer interaction, edge computing, and IO expansion.

  • 128KB HP ROM、16KB LP ROM、768KB HP L2MEM、32KB LP SRAM、8KB TCM
  • Powerful image and voice processing capabilities. The image and voice processing interfaces include JPEG codecs, pixel processing accelerators (PPA), image signal processors (ISP), and H264 video encoders
  • The chip package encapsulates 32MB PSRAM internally and integrates 32MB Nor Flash externally
  • Common peripheral interfaces such as MIPI-CSI, MIPI-DSI, USB 2.0 OTG, SDIO 3.0 SD card slot, microphone and speaker terminals are led out from the board
  • 2 × 20 rows of pins are led out from the board, and 27 remaining programmable GPIOs are led out
  • Security mechanisms: Secure boot, Flash encryption, hardware encryption accelerator and hardware random number generator. It also supports hardware access protection and can achieve access permission management (APM) and permission separation
