The module utilizes a single-core neural network processing unit (BPU) with a Bayesian architecture, enabling real-time pixel-level video segmentation, structured video analysis, and attention-based visual perception, accurately capturing dynamic scene details. It also integrates an octa-core Cortex A55 CPU and a HiFi5 DSP with voice wake-up support, providing powerful multi-core collaborative processing capabilities to meet the demands of complex tasks. A built-in professional image signal processing (ISP) unit supports wide dynamic range (WDR)/high dynamic range (HDR) processing and 3DNR noise reduction technology, effectively optimizing the clarity and color reproduction of camera input images. Equipped with H.265/H.264/MJPEG video codecs and a 3D GPU supporting OpenGL ES 3.1/3.0/2.0/1.1, it easily handles HD video encoding and decoding and graphics rendering tasks.
The module features a built-in PMIC power management integrated circuit, a DC-DC chip, LPDDR4 memory, and eMMC storage to ensure stable system operation. It supports a rich set of interfaces, including HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, MIPI CSI, and MIPI DSI, to meet diverse peripheral connectivity needs. An optional dual-band (2.4GHz/5GHz) wireless module, compatible with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 protocols, is paired with a high-performance onboard antenna and supports an external antenna kit, ensuring stable and high-speed wireless communication, suitable for mobile scenarios and long-distance data transmission needs.
