Development Board Introduction
This product is a powerful RISC-V development board based on the ESP32-P4NRW32X, featuring a dual-core high-performance processor running at up to 400MHz and a single-core low-power processor running at up to 40MHz. It provides a wide range of human-machine interface (HMI) capabilities, including MIPI-CSI with an integrated Image Signal Processor (ISP) and MIPI-DSI interface, as well as commonly used peripherals such as SPI, I2S, I2C, LED PWM, MCPWM, RMT, ADC, UART, and TWAI. It also supports USB 2.0 OTG High-Speed, Ethernet, and TF Card storage expansion for high-speed connectivity.
The ESP32-P4NRW32X chip integrates the Digital Signature Peripheral and a dedicated Key Management Unit to enhance data and operation security. Designed for high-performance and security-sensitive applications, the ESP32-P4-NANO-WIFI6-DB is well suited for applications including human-machine interfaces, edge computing, and I/O connectivity.

- 128KB HP ROM, 16KB LP ROM, 768KB HP L2MEM, 32KB LP Static RAM, 8KB TCM
- Integrates a JPEG codec, Pixel Processing Accelerator (PPA), Image Signal Processor (ISP), and H.264 encoder
- 32MB PSRAM in the ESP32-P4NRW32X chip's package, with onboard 16MB Nor Flash
- Onboard rich resources include MIPI-CSI, MIPI-DSI, USB 2.0 OTG, Ethernet, TF card slot, microphone, speaker, and RTC Batt connectors
- Onboard 2 x 2 x 13 GPIO headers with 28 x programmable GPIOs
- Onboard ESP32-C5-MINI-1U module with an external antenna for 2.4GHz / 5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5 (LE)
- Supports Secure Boot, Flash Encryption, hardware cryptographic accelerators, hardware random number generator, Access Permission Management (APM), and privilege separation
