The SATA 3.0 interface speed can reach up to 5Gbps.

[] X1006 is installed at the bottom of the Raspberry Pi 5, which will not affect the use of GPI0. It is convenient to expand other HATs. In addition, X1006 and the hard disk are powered by the Raspberry Pi 5 through the 4 pins on the board, simplifying the power supply and eliminating the need for additional power supplies.
