Overview

ESP32-PICO-KIT is a mini IoT development board whose core is the ESP32 series SiP module ESP32-PICO-D4 with complete Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions. Compared with other ESP32 series modules, the ESP32-PICO-D4 module has fully integrated the following peripheral devices:

• 40 MHz crystal oscillator
• 4MB flash
• Filter capacitor
• RF matching network, etc. 

ESP32-PICO-KIT integrates a USB to UART bridge circuit, allowing developers to download and debug directly through the PC's USB port.

In order to facilitate the connection, all IO signals and system power pins on the ESP32-PICO-D4 are led out through the pads on both sides of the development board (20 x 0.1 inch intervals on each side). In order to facilitate the use of the DuPont cable, 17 of the 20 pads on each side of the ESP32-PICO-KIT development board are led to the headers, and the other 3 pads close to the antenna are not led, which can be used by users for soldering in the future. 

The development board can choose any of the following three power supply methods:

• Micro USB power supply (default)
• 5V / GND pin power supply
• 3V3/GND pin power supply
