This mini OLED is specially designed for the Raspberry Pi to give you a small display.
PiOLED is a 128X64 white OLED screen. OLEDs only use I2C pins, so you can have enough GPIO connections for buttons, LEDs, sensors, etc. It's also very compact, so it can be used in any situation. This display is small, about 1 inch, but very easy to read due to the high contrast of the OLED display. This screen consists of 128×64 individual white pixels, and since the display emits its own light, there is no need for a backlight. This reduces the power required to run the OLED, which is why the display has such a high contrast ratio.
The use of this monitor is very simple, we have a Python library for the SSD1306 chipset. Our sample code allows you to draw images, text, whatever you like using the Python imaging library. Our test results show an update rate of 30FPS, so you can make animations or simple videos.
We've assembled and tested it before shipping, so you don't need to do anything other than plug in and install our Python code! It works with any Raspberry Pi computer, including the original Pi1, B+, Pi2, Pi3 and PiZero.
