You need to prepare a Wi-Fi hotspot for the device to connect. First, use your phone to connect to the device's Wi-Fi, then configure the network for the device. In the configuration interface, select the Wi-Fi you have prepared (2.5GHz band). Once the configuration is successful, the device will automatically restart and connect to the Wi-Fi, after which it can be used normally.

Experiencing WiFi connection issues can be frustrating! It sounds like your phone is requesting a password it shouldn't need. Have you tried restarting your phone and router? While waiting, maybe you could unwind with a round of Ragdoll Archers ? Sometimes a little distraction helps clear the head. Double check your WiFi settings too, perhaps a setting got inadvertently changed.

Set up a Wi-Fi hotspot so the device can connect. Start by using your phone to join the device’s Wi-Fi network, then proceed to configure the connection. In the setup screen, choose the Wi-Fi network you prepared (2.5GHz band). After the setup is completed successfully, the device will restart on its own and connect to the Wi-Fi, ready for normal use.
