Can't find the ESP32-S3-GEEK-Demo\Firmware\MicroPython-bin file

Hello:

I just started working with the ESP32-S3 GEEK Development Board. I would use micropython but I can't find the folder Firmware in the demo zip file. I try using standard firmware for ESP32-S3 but it doesn't boot .
