Missing GP20

2026-01-30 01:48:58 Ask

Hi this board is supposed to have all 48 GPIO, but GP20 is missing from the pin out as its used by the LED. Is that correct? I think I would need to solder a jumper from the LED to use GP20.

Yes, the GP20 is already occupied by the LED.

If you need to use it, you can only bring it out using a jumper.

Thanks for confirming. Would be good if an extra pin could be added so GP20 could be accessed. Maybe on the bottom edge and shift 21-25 down and around by one, so that it really did have full 48 GPIO because it's a really board shame it's missing 1 pin!

I realised the PSRAM ChipSelect is on Pin 19, which is also one of the HSTX pins, useful for HDMI output. That means you can only use the PSRAM if u do not use HSTX for HDMI out. That's disappointing, would be better if PSRAM CS should be on GP0, GP8 or GP47 really. Makes it difficult to recommend this board.
