Using the Argon Neo 5 Aluminum Case with Raspbian os 64 on a RP5 the fan is spinning at maximum speed, no matter what. How can it fixed?

no luck with ubuntu server 23 too.... tryed a lot of things but nothing worked... maybe the fan is a piece of sht, maybe the whole rpi5, but i got enough of it....
