Basically the "power" pins are just a duplicate of the USB-C pins, for permanent installation.

Similarly the two 4-pin extended IO plugs are duplicates, one with a 1.25mm JST and the other with a 1.00mm JST, and each are wired similarly to the "power" pins, with 2 GPIO wires, one GND, and one 3.3v.
