I recently purchased two Orange Pi Zero 3 with 4GB RAM. However, upon startup, the system only shows 2GB RAM.

The Problem ist in both Orange Pi zero 3.

Could you please let me know why this might be happening and how I can resolve this issue?

Hello, please take a picture of the silkscreen on the board and send it to us. As shown

Then use the official image

Use free -h or dmesg | grep -i memory

You can see that the information is 4G
