ESP32C3-1.44 I'm unable to get it to work.

I bought this neat little module from Aliexpress, but so far have been unable to get it to work.

I tried creating an access WLAN access point, without any success. The Youtube instructions are of little help, as they appear to be in Chinese! I'd be grateful for any assistance. Jim
