ESP32-S3 MATRIX board HELP needed not work

Hi, I need your help.

I purchased ESP32-S3 Matrix board but I can’t make it to work. It kept restarting 100s of times and now it’s not visible through USB port.

Is there a way to factory reset this? Also is there a indicator light on this board?

I got my ESP32-S3 MATRIX recognized by my Mac by pressing Boot and Reset at the same time. However, I still can’t get any onboard LEDs to light up. Is the data pin for LEDs connected to IO14?

The only info I have is on schematic and I don’t know if that’s the right info.

Some reviews online said their boards came with Demo program. I don’t think mine did because LEDs never lit up.

Let me know if it’s a defect board or not.

】I initially judge that you may not have pressed the correct buttons. Press and hold the two buttons. Release RESET first and then BOOT. Be sure to pay attention to the order.

】Try this program code to see if it works and confirm whether the program is burned successfully. You can give me a screenshot and feedback.
