I had to cancel a flight to Atlanta last minute due to a family emergency. Since I booked a Main Cabin ticket, it was surprisingly easy. I just went into "My Trips" and hit cancel. The best way to handle this is doing it via the Fly Delta app; it’s much faster than waiting on hold with customer service.
