Graphical glitches on Game hat 1.5" when overclocking.

I have an issue with the game hat 1.5", Whenever I overclock the pi zero 2 above 1ghz I get this problem where there are lines appearing on the lcd.

This issue never happens when my raspberry pi isn't overclocked. And I think it only does this on retropie since I haven't tested this on the spotpear debian buster image.

Edit: I noticed that there's also red pixels appearing too.

Edit 2: I don't get this problem when I overclock to 1.1ghz 2 overvoltage

arm_freq=1200
core_freq=500
over_voltage=2
gpu_freq=700
force_turbo=1

try this

This works but It had to change it to:

arm_freq=1200
core_freq=500
over_voltage=6
gpu_freq=500
force_turbo=1

Or else it won't get past the splashscreen.

UPDATE: core_freq causes this.

I've tested it and I've been able to set the arm_freq to 1350 and It ran great without any glitches.

But when I set the core_freq to 575 It was glitching like crazy.
