It sounds like the ball is unable to reach the OTA run 3 update server. Since you’re in California, I’d first check whether the device has a stable Wi-Fi connection and whether api.tenclass.net is reachable from your network. If the connection is fine, restarting the device and checking for any firmware or DNS-related issues would be worth trying. Hopefully the retry will eventually complete once the server connection is restored
