Can´t hear anything

I was chatting with it , he played a song and afterwards i can´t hear it anymore.

I checked the volume is to the max level and all i can see is his words displaying on the screen,

I´ve already re-booted it. What can i do to fix it?

You can try re-flashing the firmware and see if it can be restored. If it still doesn't work, it might be a problem with the speaker.
