I'm struggling to get a basic ESPHome setup running. Anyone else have this issue?

I had a similar problem; turns out my board wasn't being flashed correctly because of a driver issue! Reinstalled the USB drivers and it worked like a charm. Maybe check that?

Speaking of exploring unknown territories, anyone else obsessed with Geoguessr Free ?

I'm also tinkering with ESPHome. Finding a solid "hello world" can be a bit like chasing your tail in the Google Snake – you know it exists, but getting a working one can be tricky. I've seen a few scattered around, but reliability is key. Hoping someone can share a tried and true example to save us all some time!
