I wish! I tried to bring a standard rolling bag last week and was stopped. Only a "personal item" (14"x18"x8") is free. For a regular carry-on, you’ll have to pay. I’ve realized the best way to handle this is to consolidate everything into one small bag. If you really need that overhead bin space, buy it during initial booking to avoid the $99 gate fee.
