I looked into this before flying with my pug. Unlike some airlines that ban "flat-faced" breeds, Frontier doesn't have specific breed restrictions for dogs and cats. However, they only allow domestic pets like dogs, cats, rabbits, and small birds. They won't fly "exotic" animals or large birds like parrots. As long as your dog is a standard household pet, you should be totally fine!
