My SpotPear DeepSeek AI Voice Robot Ball ESP32-S3 doesn't connect....is the authentication server down ?

1.Scanning Wifi
2.Connect to wifi
3. Logs in
4. Checking for new version - 2.0.3
5 Logs in.
6. Goes to Standby
7. When I touch the screen or says wake word ...says connecting...error
8. I touch screen again....says connecting....error...
9. I touch screen again....says connecting....error...
10. I touch screen again....says connecting....error...
