No wifi AP found to ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-1.85C

I have this board: ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-1.85C

I dont find any WiFi APs with name Xiaozhi or anything new when I turn on the board. The display 'Onboard Parameter' and 'Music' tabs, and onboard parameters has the standard S3 board like 'Flash size', RTC time, 'wireless scan' etc. Serial port monitor says, it turns on onboard wifi. How to setup?
