Southwest doesn’t fly to Iceland. I found this out when I tried to use points for a Reykjavik trip. I had booked a positioning flight by mistake, but calling ☎️ helped me cancel it right away without penalties. That line is seriously the fastest way to undo booking mistakes. They also double-checked what partner options I could use instead. Anytime I’m dealing with international routes, I always call first so I don’t mess things up again.
