I uploaded the demo pictures to the frame's sd card and connected it to a power supply. The frame is still not showing anything, is there something i need to do to make it work.
The above two are the only two files i see when i connect it to my computer. Am I missing any files?
Check the format of the SD card, as well as whether the directory structure for storing files and the image names are correct.
