You could first check whether the device is actually connected to the Wi-Fi network and whether it receives a valid IP address. If the connection works but the login page does not open automatically, try accessing the device’s IP address manually from a browser. It may also be worth checking the DNS or captive-portal settings, since an automatic redirect can fail even when the Wi-Fi connection itself is working.
