I am interested in the ESP32-S3-Touch-AMOLED-1.75C With Battery, but it is off-production.

Are there any plans to produce this one again in the future, or is this a permanent deprecation?

It's not discontinued. We've only temporarily suspended shipments of the battery-included version, because shipments with batteries are easily intercepted by customs. If you can purchase through AliExpress, the AliExpress route can ship with the battery included.
