Hello. I live in Seoul, South Korea. I am contacting you because the time sync and weather are not working properly.
In the weather section, I entered the city code as KSXX0037 and the city name as seoul and saved it. However, the weather does not appear. So next I input 485B3 and seoul. But the weather still doesn't show up.
For the clock, I pressed sync time on the control page, but the time is not correct.
What should I do?
This product should automatically synchronize time, so there may be a few hours of error. Open Settings->Language and add it at the bottom.
