Raspberry Pi 4b Hooked up 5in round LCD to pi4b as instructed and the display will not come on

I hooked up my newly purchased 5 inch Round LCD HDMI display to my Raspberry Pi 4-b, according to the minimal instructions on your website. I hooked up USB-C power to pi4b and the display will not light up. I do get a dim backlight on the display.
